In our season 2 finale, Kind Up looks at one of the most difficult topics - why we hate. We talk to Linda, Licensed Counselor, about hate; and specifically, the hate being felt by one of the most targeted groups--LGBTQAI folks. Instead of reliving trauma, we look for solutions to questions like how to survive when targeted, how to not fall into it yourself and why this is particularly tough when its coming from your government.
